Do you ever do something in a home you are remodeling that you would consider doing in you’re own home if you decided to remodel it?

@robesondesign Thanks for your reply. Hmmm….maybe I’ll go with the engineered. Just wondering though…I’m sure they can get ding up and scratch just like solid hardwood. How are they (engineered hardwoods) cared for if you aren’t able to refinish or sand them.

@robesondesign I was about to ask the same question, very nice wall color I may try it in my house, I’m a new subscriber, like your design style.

@pkatil30 Believe it or not, engineered hardwood is better for most applications… at least in California. You would think solid would be better but apparently not. I’m not exactly sure why …lol… Weird I know.. Hope tat helps

@robesondesign I love your designs but many inspiring interior designers won’t have alot of unique design ideas to work with because you’ve cover most of them in this one video

Love the hardwood floors. I was wonder (because I’m in the process of buying a new house), which flooring is best…solid hardwood or engineered hardwood. The builder I’m working with usually places engineered hardwood as a standard flooring but I’m wondering if it would be better to pay extra for solid hardwood.
